Crossover
'Crossing over' occurs during ‘Prophase’ of meiosis when chromosomes pair up. It is the opportunity for genetic information to be exchanged. The diagrams illustrating meiosis were used to created a simple and elegant band using two pieces of silver – one textured and one plain to create rings and bangles.
These are usually made to order to ensure the correct size although I usually have bangle in a standard 20cm size in stock.
